Water-Curtain Wet Paint Booths
Environmentally friendly water-curtain wet paint spray booths.
The booth construction is made of galvanized sheet panels. The water curtain system is made of galvanized sheet panels and is hinged, so the air-washing system can be easily accessed for maintenance.
The water tank is manufactured from galvanized sheet with leak-proof welding. If desired, the booth can be made of stainless steel. Suitable diameter pipes, valves and removable washing nozzles are used to prevent clogging. Service valves are of butterfly type.
The exhaust fan and water circulation pump are of centrifugal type. Thanks to the water-curtain and air-washing system, paint particles entrained with the exhaust air are captured in the best way. The eliminator–separator system prevents environmental pollution. Suitable for both manual and continuous operation.
