Tunnel Type Ovens
Conveyorized, high-capacity continuous curing ovens.
Our ovens are manufactured from sandwich panels. The insulation is 15 cm thick, using 70 kg/m³ 5 cm rock wool and 24 kg/m³ glass wool.
- Belt-pulley type fan system provides homogeneous heat distribution.
- The inner surface is made of 310-grade stainless steel.
- Thermoblock pipes are 304-grade stainless steel.
- The burner is certified and gas-board approved.
- Equipped with an exhaust fan; an air curtain at the inlet/outlet minimizes heat loss.
- Sliding doors are adjustable to the workpiece size.
- Electrical components are SIEMENS and TELEMECANIQUE brand; sheet thickness is 1.2 mm.
